www.fightclubvideos.com/download.php?file=127An example that shows you must always be away of your surroundings. Don't get head to head in a yelling match with someone, especially when his friends are around. Warning: strong language in this one.

www.comegetyousome.com/video/bidness.wmvThis clip shows an example of a situation in where the guy that got hit should have been prepared for a sucker punch. When the first guy started getting angry and yelling, that's a big cue that he could follow up with a strike. In my opinion the thing to do is to step back at that point and take a submissive posture (Tony Blauer) that prepares to you defend and attack quickly. Begin indexing targets and plan your attack or counter attack at this point. However just walking away would have probably worked even better. I would have "gotten out of his business".

Hey folks, the cold season is upon us and a popular item this time of the year is the RMATA hoodie. When I order them I have to purchase 12 minimum, and the cost is $26, plus $4 S&H each. So right now I'm just collecting names for who all would like to order a hoody. When we have at least 12 people who say they are ready to order I will contact them to collect payment and get the order placed and paid for. If you would like to order one (or more) please e-mail admin@rmata.com to let us know. Include your size in your e-mail please. About the hoodie... the have the same design on the front chest, back, and right sleeve as our t-shirts. The right sleeve says "SEEKING TRUTH IN COMBAT". You can see our t-shirts at this link; www.rmata.com/shirts.htmlThanks. Vince

Bill, how many times are you closing the number 2? I heard that they brought one of those to the Arnold's this year and none of the bodybuilders could close it. I'll have to check the sourse on that though... maybe it was a number 3.

A funny story about my buddy who got my started on these... he's been a student of mine for years but I didn't know he was crazy about working grip strength. He is one of the few guys in the world who can close a number 3 gripper. Anyway, we were in cla*s and I needed someone with a strong grip to come up so I could demonstrate a simple grab escape. I choose him and had him grab my wrist. I began struggling with the technique to escape and looked at him perplexed as I had never had to muscle through the technique like that, since I was really only attacking his thumb. He explained his grip strength exploits to me and the whole cla*s had a laugh. After that I began working on my grip strength to try and catch up with him!

Hey folks, a buddy of mine got me started doing these and I have seen quick gains in a small amount of time. There are a few types of heavy hand grippers, but the ones I've been using are the "Captains of Crush. You can see them here; www6.mailordercentral.com/ironmind/products.asp?dept=8There go in difficulty ranges from a number 1 to a number 4 strength. There are only like 5 guys certified to have ever closed a number 4, and about 100 guys certified to have closed a number 3. They also have some weaker ones below #1 if you need to get started there. I started with a number one and could do it like 15 times, and now I'm doing it for reps of 60 several times a day. I've got my number 2 gripperes ordered and it should arrive any day. I've noticed great strength gains in my hands and forearms in a short time, so I highly recommend these!

This is the Rapid Rotation Baton, and it is the best baton I have ever seen for any type of police or law enforcement role. I have used many types of batons over the years and this one is quickly deployable, convenient to carry, great for grappling and control tactics, and great for striking, both at very close ranges and from a distance. Check it out at this link and be sure and watch the video that goes with it. I use this at my job in corrections and love it. www.rrbsystems.com/batonpage.htm

We have had some problems with our manufacturer and have thus priced our fight shorts to move! The problem we had is that we ordered XXL and XL sized shorts but they did not send them and would not do the right thing to fix the problem. Our loss is your gain!! If we find an ethical manufacturer in the future and have more of these exact shorts made then the price will return to $30 plus shipping. However right now you can get these shorts for only $12 plus shipping, while supplies last!! THIS IS NOT A GIMMICK - get yours now! www.rmata.com/shorts.html

Congratulations on being our first banned member and thank you for this example of what one can do to get banned from this forum!
Your comment of;
"Neither you moron, Just want to know if anybody's try his stuff out,"
has just got you banned from the RMATA forum. It was a simple question of if you were Tim Larkin or if you were working for him, and you were out of line with your immature responce.
Perhaps you didn't read our forum welcome message which includes;
"Hopefully you will find this place to be a breath of fresh air compared to other online martial arts communities; since we are comprised of friendly, mature people".
Or perhaps you didn't read our forum rules, which is posted at the top of every board on this forum. Rule #4 is;
4. BE POLITE. Lively discussions, disagreements and interesting debates are certainly welcome... as are differences of opinion. However you must refrain from making personal attacks, insults, slander, name calling, etc. We are a forum of mature adults, and if someone wanders in that is not mature enough to interact professionally they will be removed. If you ARE insulted please report the post, but DO NOT retaliate. Please show respect to other members at all times.
All other forum members need not worry, this forum will be kept clean of such immaturity to allow room for intelligent discussions.

I cant even get pa*sed his marketing. Here's the first lines I came to on his website;
“Faced With A Gun To Your Head, A Knife To Your Throat, Or 3 Thugs Following You To Your Car...
“Now, Know Instantly What To Do To Leave These Guys Sprawled On The Ground, Totally Disarmed, Writhing In Pain
“And The Surprising Secret Is... It’s Really Not As Hard As You Might Think!”

Thanks for the link.

The Bruce Lee "Jeet Kune Do" DVD is a must have for any fan of Bruce Lee, Jeet Kune Do, or martial arts in general. What I like so much about it is that it is so much of Bruce speaking and teaching directly to you. It presents a very good idea of what his personal style was, and how he wanted Jeet Kune Do to be the art of expressing the human body. I began training in JKD in 1990 and thought I'd seen every source of Bruce Lee footage on video... but this is a unique combination of his teachings and his philosophy given directly from him and Dan Inosanto, whom he choose to carry on Jeet Kune Do. This DVD is deffinently my favorite JKD video and I highly recommend it. Regardless of whether you are a student of JKD or not, you will benifit from the sharing of Bruce's techniques, opinions, and philosophies as he shares them on this DVD. It is perhaps as close to a private training session with Bruce Lee that you can get this side of heaven.
