Hi Saehoon, great to have you here.
Some others can probably give you you better info, but about 10 years ago I had some great success taking creatine and phosphogain. There might be better stuff on the market today though. Good luck!

Hi Saehoon. danny here mate get down to your locat health food place and get some "egg white powder" sounds silly i no but it is about %98 protien now you want the protien to last a bit so you need something to mix it in like "skim milk" now you need to add some slow release low "GI" all that meens is put some "Honey" in it now you want it to fill the gap in your gut a bit and give you some good building blocks for lean muscle so put a bananananananana in the mix now you can use any non acidic fruit that you want "strawberrys, mango, watermelon" whatever the key is drink this after the workout so then the goodness goes to the place it's needed if you drink it before the workout then you are waisting about %90 of all that protien . if you want to look at the brand name nutse then make sure that the sugars are low to none also make suer that its not whey protien as this is just "FAT" from cheese it will make you feel full and give you a short burst thats why they say "take before your workout" so you have the energy to train and burn off the FAT you just put on . to cutup eat vegies in there raw state this makes your digestive system work hard witch will do what yep"BURN FAT" cos it has to work hard to process the food there fore it needs fuel from your body witch is yep "YOUR FAT" snack on healthy stuff like cellery, carrot, lettuse, beens, peas be real carefull with dried fruit as they often have 30 times more sugar in them (they are concentrated) . anyway dude hope this helps if i can be of any a*sistance let me know PS write down your intake for one week and ill have a look at it for you if you like . email hakudashapes@yahoo.com.au or send me a PM Danny

Yeah.. Muscle Milk is super good, and its not too costly. If you're looking to gain size, you want to AT LEAST take in 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight that you have... EVERY DAY! Thats pretty difficult to do in itself, if you're not used to it. If you're a smaller guy, such as myself, with a high metabolism, the most important thing really is calorie intake, ya know?? Just gotta eat... like 6 meals a day. If you can afford it!! BUT.. there's a supplement out there called MUSCLE JUICE that has like 1036 calories per serving.. thats INSANELY cheap..like $25 for a HUGE bucket of the stuff. Now, Its not the greatest tasting supp. out there.. but the cost def. makes it taste better! Hope this helps...

Just have to point out I got food poisoning from expired protein yesterday; resist the urge to buy hugely discounted protein.

I've been very satisfied with www.TrueProtein.com. You can custom blend and flavor to your liking. Great service and great prices.

Actually I just price checked all of the sites mentioned above and I think I might have something slightly cheaper. I normally use www.bestpricenutrition.com and never gone wrong with them. They have people on staff who really take the time to get to know their stuff and save you the most money, plus they price match which is awesome.

A variety of protein sources is good. Things like whey shakes will be metabolized fast. They are good for quickly filling your amino acid pool to 100% before exercise, and for right after exercise (along with carbohydrates) to aid in maximizing tissue repair and keeping your pool spiked.
Outside of those moments, slower-metabolizing sources like casein (milk) or meat protein are better. When you are not undergoing extreme stress, your pool will not deplete quickly so a slow drip of acids is ideal. Big spikes will just get wasted and glycolized to sugar and then you have nothing. Slower gives only what you need and then tops it off as it gets slowly diminished throughout the day.
It's sort of similar to simple carbs and complex carbs.
