No problem, I hadn't heard anything in a while and I didn't know if I had missed out or anything.
Thanks for the update Vince.

Actually I just price checked all of the sites mentioned above and I think I might have something slightly cheaper. I normally use www.bestpricenutrition.com and never gone wrong with them. They have people on staff who really take the time to get to know their stuff and save you the most money, plus they price match which is awesome.

It looked like someone didn't pay attention during their community college Aikido cla*ses (FYI I like aikido it is very fun to practice and watch and some elements have helped here and their but I want to point out that's only if you get a serious instructor in the art)

I was actually looking for these for the longest time now. I used to use these when I worked at UPS as a package handler they helped out emensly with gripping ropes or cords on heavy packages and I've been looking for them to really get that extra added tightness on gi chokes. I definatly appreciate you guys postin this up

How many spots are still open? I was going to post it up in the Grappling Concepts Forum and see who all I can get in.

Hey question that would kind of apply here.
A couple of weeks ago I got caught in a calf crank from the half guard. The name suggest that it attacks that calf obviously but I was wondering what other tendons/muscles in the knee area would that attack? Anytime I've rolled starting from the knees it kills me to put pressure on that leg

The Mata Leo - Rear naked Choke. In my book when ever I see that one landed I can't help but noticed how owned the other guy is.

Name: Mike Lindner Training Group: Grappling Concepts St. Peters and Troy. Style: BJJ with some concepts of Sambo (courtesy of J.W. Wright) Occupation: Express Scripts Escalated Call Advocate. (I'm that guy who you talk to after asking to speak to a supervisor)
I started cla*ses with JW Wright about a year ago and then I got serious about it 6 months ago. (long story short version) I'm pretty open to learning whatever I can and I know that places like Grappling Concepts and RMATA can teach any and everything out there that works. Glad to be here!
