As I get older, i get alot more nagging injuries (muscles and joints) that don't seem to go away with time. These feel more like overuse injuries and not single incident injuries from rolling. My weightlifting also suffers from these overuse injuries. I've tried laying off for a couple of months, but soon after starting to train again, the injuries comeback. Any hints, other than laying off?

Ignore them.
It doesn't work, but that's what I do. I have at least 4 minor complaints, plus 2 majorly bad knees and I just roll through it.
