Here is a brief clip of Mike knocking out a golden glove competitor in four seconds. A state record. Also two other knockdowns against another guy. Then some sub wrestling action. He is concentrating on golden gloves for another year and then plans to enter the MMA game. He is an incredibly talented grappler but he has been training with boxing professionals since he was 13. He also holds four NY state olympic lifting records. I forsee a great champion. He moves like a lightweight and is a heavyweight. I am proud to call him my friend. We have trained together and learned a lot from each other. He is also my dog training buddy and the reason I have 'Lefty'. A lot of natural talent and he is the most dedicated at training I have ever seen. Good luck buddy. captainmma.com/

Looks good... quick, hard strikes, good sprawl. I wish him well.

I called Mike a heavy. That is not right. He is down to 178 so he is a middle. Vince, sorry I put this in the wrong place.

Wow... he's a big 178er! He'd be more than a handful for most heavyweights! No problem Boyd... I shuffle things around and tidy up around here and it usually goes unnoticed.

Congratz to Mike on his win at Royce Gracie's FightFest. It was cool to see guys from the area kick some a*s.
