Please visit the above link for complete information on this year's training camp, and to reserve your spot.
This years RMATA Training Camp will be Saturday & Sunday, August 27th and 28th 2005, from 10AM till finish (3 or 4pm) each day in Carbondale IL. This will be another fun, great camp with world-cla*s instruction. You’ll get to meet, train, and hang out with many members of the RMATA from schools all over the United States and beyond. All skill levels are welcome, as well as people from any affiliation, team, school, or dojo. Just bring a good attitude and an open mind and you'll leave with a lot of material to work on.
The cost… now this is amazing- just $50 pre-paid for both days (or $60 at the door)! This includes fruit and water; while supplies last. Camps like this are normally a few hundred dollars, but each of the instructors have volunteered to teach for free. The camp’s fee will go to help reimburse their travel expenses. The instructors who teach at this camp are the type of martial artists who are into it for the growth and knowledge, not simply for the money. All of the instructors at RMATA training camps have genuine deep down pa*sion for the martial arts; as their teaching for free demonstrates. To pre-pay for this seminar use the links at the bottom of this page.

Each instructor will teach almost an hour each day. During the first day the GI will be worn for J.W.'s section. There will besparring and grappling after the instruction each day, so bring the protective equipment that you have. This includes a groin cup, amouthpiece, boxing gloves, shin guards, and NHB gloves. We will have Boxing gloves, NHB gloves and shin guards for many
people; so don’t worry if you don’t have them. If you don’t have a GI for the first day’s GI training then bring a heavy jersey-type shirt that won’t rip.
There will be a short break after each hour of training, with an hour break for lunch in the middle. Notes will be provided and all skill levels are welcome. After the camp on Saturday day everyone is invited to join the group for dinner at one of our localrestaurants.
