I would answer but I'm not sure what an upside down toe hold is. Can you tell us where you heard about it so perhaps we can figure out which lock you're referring to?

Bill,I have readed it in this thread:http://vincentfields.proboards24.com/index.cgi?board=Techniques&action=display&thread=1121231800
Vince referring to a Upside-Down Toe Hold like one of his favourite Leg Locks.
I'm an italian guy and I'm an Catch Wrestling's entusiast,I love to know the english techniques names, about Toe Holds for example I know that the Stopper Toe Hold is also called Grapevine Toe Hold or Figure 4 Toe Hold, perhaps the Upside-Down is another name to refere one Toe Hold that I already know.

Hmmm, I better leave this one to Vince as I have no clue which he may be referring to.

Hey Alainr,
It's hard to describe really. It is on the leglock DVD instructional set that I sell. It is a simple, different way to do a toe hold to anyone that goes back for a leglock on you and tries to throw one of their legs over one of your legs. It is rediculously easy. Most people have never seen it and it really changes the leglock game.
